According to its leaders, the Casa de Galicia in Gran Canaria is the most renowned of the 35 nationwide and well-known in expatriate communities. The Galician leader also recalled that there are approximately 4,500 Canarians in Galicia. “We are both peoples accustomed to venturing out, sharing the Atlantic and our relationship with America.” He also highlighted “the perseverance, good work, and industriousness of the Galicians.”
